Please provide any additional instructions for the care of your home, such as which window coverings to open or close, which lights to alternate, alarm code and instructions, and any specific television or remote control instructions.

I will provide Furmiliar Comfort with a code for a digital garage door or front door lock. I will use a key lockbox and provide Furmiliar Comfort with its location and access code. I authorize Furmiliar Comfort to securely retain my house key for future services, with the key to be collected during the initial meet-and-greet. I understand that I can revoke this authorization at any time, and my key will be promptly returned. A $10 service fee will apply for key drop-off and pickup for any subsequent visits.
